I want the child to be polite, humble, generous, curious and kind to all mankind. I encourage the child with moral stories. Teach them to respect elders. Utilize the time. I believe in explaining the child rather than giving him the punishment. cultivating in the child kindness and helping the weak.teaching that they should follow the rules early to bed and early to rise. I always try that to make the child learn the lesson in class itself. Child's full attention is required.mind should not be diverted during the class
