Not sure if he knows what he's doing.

I asked help for signal processing and the exercises need MATLAB to solve it, after 3 days he said his MATLAB is having a problem. Not sure if he knows how to use Matlab, but definitely shouldn't keep me waiting to do my work. At the last minute, he asked me to go to another tutors. What a waste of time!
