And I’m Immensely grateful for being able to help myself and others discover and experience the power of Yoga and Holistic Living. My biggest takeaway from what I do as a profession, is to see people achieve recovery, health and fitness through working with the union of the body, breath and mind!
I have done numerous workshops for corporates, college students, housewives, patients suffering from lifestyle disorders like diabetes, thyroid, back pain etc and I believe each individual is unique, and I encourage and design yoga sessions for them in a way that is most beneficial for each one of them, keeping in mind each one's strengths, weaknesses and requirements.
My videos on yoga are all over Instagram, Facebook and even aired on a few television channels. I am touched that so many watch these videos, use them for their practice and have also witnessed their own transformation - physically, mentally and emotionally.

    I was working as a yoga instructor at Lasani Fitness.
    Due to Covid pandemic I’m working from home(online yoga classes).
    During my classes I make sure that I developed a progressive approach from simple to difficult levels.
    I categorised them by four parts. Preliminary, Intermediate, pre standard and Standard level. I urged my students to practice with sincerity and involvement.
    Sometimes, there is enthusiasm and chaos in early level of fitness when students often get carried away
    And I do make sure that they don’t get carried away and aspire to directly into Standard level without practising the preliminary level that benefits the body and mind.

Absolutely amazing

As a person who has tried exercising and given up on many many occasions over the past years, she is honestly a miracle.. she works according to your pace, pushes you just enough to make you better but doesn't overwork you.
I don't feel tired and dying after the session as i used to in my past experiences..on the contrary i feel quite fresh and relaxed..
She has somehow magically gotten me interested in actually learning yoga and not doing it just to lose weight or be flexible. I dont know how she did it but me being a person who absolutely hates any form of exercise actually looks forward to our classes.
She's very much in tune with her students and understands well what they might or might not be able to do. She is very receptive to any pain or discomfort that might occur and modifies the workouts accordingly.

So if you are a beginner and you feel you wont be able to do it..i would definitely suggest you to try her class.. the change and progression has been amazing..
And if you are already tolerant to yoga then you should definitely check out her ig to see what super awesome stuff she can teach you.
I am looking forward to keep learning from her❤

SHE IS AN AMAZING TEACHER.

Honestly speaking she is one of the best teachers you can find out if you wish to learn from the beginning. Her tips and tricks are very helpful. Each month is tailored towards an area, progressing each week. She personally assist everything. If you want to gain strength and improve, this is the class for you.

She is young, kind ,professional and the kind of guru i wanted .

She's quite a pro in her field , and also her expertise is beyond the scope of word to describe . I did a Yoga therapy training course online and it was a wonderful experience for me...though I know it's impossible to learn yoga in few months, I learn a lot, my guru Mamta , is a wonderful and very professional Yoga therapist.
Please, learn Yoga therapy from professional yoga teachers , who has a Yoga therapy degree, otherwise, you will contact some untreatable musculoskeletal damages and coud also hurt yourself during the process .
I highly recommend it to others that she is the best guru, I see a lot of positive changes in me both mentally and physically after her course and I am continuing with her everyday yoga classes.

SHE IS THE BEST YOGA INSTRUCTOR IN THE WORLD

I really like the way she teaches m during our online classes ,you won't believe guys I have been suffering from back pain since one month but when my friend told m about her asap I joined her and now my back pain is gone thanks to her and the kind of motivation I get from. Her is just next level ,so I just want to thanks her and she is the best ? undoubtedly and she can also help u guys alot so it's my pleasure that I have a teacher like her thank u mam.

Excellent Trainer

Online classes are not my thing, I just started with 2 free classes and it went amazingly well. Now It has been more than 7 months getting trained under Mamta and honestly it only keeps getting better. I was never bored because of the new workouts and asana's she makes me practice. I did stop for about 45 days in between because of the very busy schedule but did not gain back weight and now I am glad to be back, getting trained under her. After every workout session, she is constantly in touch to know details of how you feel or if I have any muscle pain. I lost some weight and gained loads of flexibility. Most asana's were so difficult in the beginning and now I can do them easily which is why my Trainer (Mamta)comes up with slightly harder stuff so I am not stuck at the same pace. I was always negative about online class but so far it has been a great experience, also my trainer is in Uttarkhand while Im in Hyderabad. All I can say is give it a try for a class or 2 and I am sure there will be No turning back. Mamta is your person!
