As an English teacher to the Secondary and Senior Secondary classes, Principal, Vice Principal and Senior Academic Coordinator to different schools with CBSE, ICSE and Matric syllabi, I have a vast experience in various states of India for last 28 years. Now, I spent my whole time in ONLINE classes for the students of the US, CANADA, the UK and AUSTRALIA, preparing them in various competitive level exams as well as school syllabi. Josisir's LEE ( Learn English Easy) is my own Online Teaching Content on Complete Grammar and Composition & Reading and Writing material, in a simplified form for 80 /120 /160 hours package, exclusively based on the level and demand of the student.
I served as an English teacher in a well-known ICSE School, in Uttar Pradesh from 1996 to 2008. In Tamil Nadu, I worked as an English teacher in a reputed Higher Secondary School, run by the Catholic Church and thereafter the Management appointed as the Principal of their own Matriculation Higher Secondary School, in Coimbatore . During this period, I received the Viswaseva- Lions Club Best School Award from Chennai, which was telecasted, in 2011 in Jaya Plus Television. Later I served as an English teacher for the students of class XII at a well-reputed Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Coimbatore, run by a Management of a Group of Educational institutions .

Thereafter I was working as an English teacher (CBSE) to the Senior & Senior Secondary classes ( IX-XII) and also as the Senior Academic Coordinator and Vice Principal at the same International school in Thrissur till January 2022.
At present, I dedicate my time for the students of both Junior and Senior grades in India and abroad in ONLINE TUTORING.

I also undertake the proof reading of academic research papers of various disciplines to different universities inland and abroad.

Throughout these years of Experience I have made my own style of teaching English, both Language ( Grammar) and Literature and I am confident to make my student the BEST in the subject. I have a curriculum for English Grammar particularly to teach students of all levels from Class 6 to 12 and to the graduation level, in a simple and easy method (LEE).
