Hi! I am Poulami, and I believe learning is a very primitive urge. However, the challenge is to keep this urge forever alive. Learning happens best when there is a free flow of ideas in an environment which is engaging, light hearted, trustworthy and fun. An interactive class is what I strongly advocate along with the power of storytelling and visuals which helps me reach out better. Out-of-the-box thinking coupled with strong communication skills is what I intend to incorporate in my students. To be able to go beyond the text, critically analyse it and present it in a structured way is the essence of good learning, and I make sure to push my students to achieve this.

Lastly, humour has always added that extra zing to my life and I treat my classes no different. I love to infuse my classes with humour, positivity and constant motivation.
