I strive for competence as well as focusing on my students‘ development. I motivate them when they‘re not doing so well and help them understand the importance and benefits of increasing our knowledge. I make them feel that committing mistakes is not to be ashamed of but a start of being better. I also make them aware of their accomplishments so they will feel a sense of satisfaction for overcoming difficult times while learning. My teaching styles and lessons are flexible. It can be adjusted according to the students needs. It can be based on their own pace so that they will have better retention of their daily learning.
