As a skilled and enthusiastic individual with experience supporting college learners meet academic challenges and achieve a good progress, it is my pleasure to submit my application for a Mechanical engineering lecturing role at your college. At the moment I am a working as a lecturer at the Manchester college, and I mainly deliver RQF Maths,Physics and Engineering Units at level 2, 3 and HNC units.

I believe that an appropriate, balanced, challenging and creative curriculum is essential in developing Learners skills, knowledge and understanding. I have in particular come to understand the value of sharing learning objectives and success criteria with learners. Knowing exactly what is expected and how they can achieve allows them to focus more clearly on tasks. I also believe that differentiation and meeting varied learning styles are key to effective teaching and learning.

Evaluating learners work and providing feedback is also important. Building and sustaining strong student and parent relationships, listening to learners concerns and creating a safe environment for learners are also other qualities I possess.
With my experience and credentials, I am well prepared to dedicate myself to the highest standards of teaching and exceed your expectations for this position. I look forward to discussing my qualifications in further detail.
