I am using think and share methodology in class room to engage students with lesson. Explain every concepts link with real time applications. Gave more examples on every topic. Encourage students to do projects with arduino and rasperbery pi boards. I got atleast 80% pass percentage in my subject every semester. Conduct test and computations to encourage talent persons. Mainly focus on basics once if u are mastered in basics automatically you will be masters in subject. So mainly focused on basics and explain basics in deapth per every subject. Every concept we learned is used some were in our life.
