I believe in inquiry based learning or self-lerning methodologies since they are more effective and they ensure permant learning since the learner dicsovers knowlegde for themselves.I also provide emediate feedback and encourage my learners to try and take mistakes as opportunities for learning.
In my teaching career my first activity when am meeting or engaging new learners is to create a a good rapport and build trust with my learners.I have supported many students and the impact has been great and a good example is a student who came from an E in mocks to a B- in KSCE. Have also graduated 2 form 4 classes,2019 and 2020 and managed a mean of 7.7 B- in 2019 and 38 as and 7.9B- in 2020 and 28As.
I also believe in goals and the first thing with my student(s) is to set clear goals which they must show committment on.I also set clear expectations with my student(s).
