I am Dr. Kennedy Amedu, a seasoned professional mechanical engineering academic with international experience. Trained in the UK with a PhD and MSc from Northumbria University, Newcastle, Uk, I have lectured both in the UK and in Shanghai, China. With a wealth of teaching experience of about eleven years, I have excellent expertise in teaching mechanical engineering courses both theoretically and practically (practical design and manufacture of machines). I have expertise in mechanical engineering design, engineering analysis, engineering mechanics (solid and fluid mechanics), materials engineering, materials and processes, computer aided design (CAD), computer aided manufacturing (CAM), computational Fluid Dynamics Modelling, Finite Element Analysis (using both SolidWorks and ANSYS platform). I currently run an engineering training center to build undergraduate and graduate students as well as professionals who desire to be entrepreneurs with the necessary skills to enhance their mechanical engineering practice. I am also into engineering research and development and I am will to train aspiring engineers who want to be producers or manufacturers of engineering equipment.
