I teach my students in a friendly and strict way in the sense that I'm a little bit lenient but also strict.
My teaching style mainly comprises of me giving a lot of examples to my students to explain a concept better and then testing how much they've gained from what I've said.
From the style I use to teach, my rate of success from students is 85%.
What makes me a great teacher is that I'm able to connect with students on a personal level to make them comfortable and at ease with me so that I can easily tutor them.
I also reward students based on their progress and performance by giving them incentives in different forms.
