My philosophy is to guide the student to learn rather than teaching in a colloquial way. Guide them for self-learning, to think critically, and to probe for further knowledge. I try to take the learners from known to unknown and help them to master the concepts and fundamentals. I use a mix of teaching tools/techniques, not merely verbal speech, such as Power Point presentations, videos, demonstrations, interactive sessions, and to stimulate students to think and probe.

I was Graduated with M. Tech. and Ph. D. from IIT, Kharagpur. and have 48 years of experience in teaching, training, consultancy, administration, policy and strategy development and their implementation, quality assurance in education, NQF and Accreditation.
I have taught Operations, Quality, Technology Management subjects. I have provided Guidance for UG, PG Projects, and to the Ph. D. Scholars. A sample of subjects at masters level:
