I listen to the students and then question them, I take the students opinion so I that I can sense the students understanding. I don't expect the children to give the right answer I want them to give it a try.i don't judge my students. I'm patient and empathetic. I'm friendly with my students.i use various strategies to make my students understand. I don't demotivate my students. I'm very concerned about completing the works. Focus on how students should learn.help students know how to improve. Develop capacity for self and Peer assessment. I make them understand their goals and recognize all education achievements. I take students feedback. I give them short notes and test papers.
