Teaching style is different .we can not use same method for all. children s are different and their capacity is different so we have to teach according to their level so can't apply the same method.
As a teacher i should buildup a good relationship with our pupils and should follow the code of ethic for teachers.
So i will encourage my children to develop their capacity(mind/ understanding) . Will give assignments to them, and will help them.
Pay more attention to them..
As a teacher i want to cover all three domains(cognative,phychomoto and affective )
And wanna make complet human .
