I am a television singer. My teaching style is as follows:
1. Daily mandatory vocal practice or rewaj.
2. Then one to one teaching of song and demonstrating.
3. Teaching of proper voice modulation and giving proper advise for taking care of vocal chord.
4. Advising proper pronunciation, song presentation and making aware of breathing activities related to song.
5. Explaining the difference between merely hearing a song and hearing and observing a song with proper understanding.
6. Giving idea of using microphone in studio or during stage performance.
7. Giving a clear idea of the background and exact meaning of the songs before teaching.(Rabindrasangeet, Adhunik and Folk).
8. Making the student understand of his/her own improvement.
9. Learning music in a friendly and cooperating atmosphere.
10. Inspiring and motivating the students to hear more music of various genres.
11. Trying various proper methods to eradicate the nervousness and hesitation of students during public appearances.
12. Giving regular home task and assignments and observing feedback of the students and correcting their mistakes,if any,with utmost care.

13. Some of my students are already engaged in stage performances and taking part in both digital and offline competitions with success.
14. As a teacher I think myself to be competent enough to improve the quality of teaching learning process to bring the maximum result..

Vocal Lessons

I have only good words about Ananya Das. She gave me the confidence to sing with no worries and while enjoying it. I have developed a fairly good understanding of breathing, posture, tempo, notes, etc. In addition, I have felt significant improvements in my voice since starting training with her. Overall, she is a fantastic teacher. What a satisfying experience. I strongly recommend her.

Highlights:
-lessons start on time and she often goes overtime!
-she records lessons/songs and shares via Whats App
-she is very patient, kind, and encouraging with her students.
-multiple ways of explaining concepts.
-she truly cares about your progress.
- She also is very motivational and keeps you from beating yourself up too much
