As a teacher and a coach, I believe every learner is different and has his or her own way of learning.

It is therefore very important for both learner and the teacher to have an open communication and trust for both parties to reach to a common understanding and maintain a professional relationship.

I use the elicitation method in which will help keep learners focus at all times.
The objective is to promote independence and self learning where learners will be able to think out of the box and have the ability to source out for resources independently, having the mind to analyze, ask questions and reorganize.
