I am Eliud Onyango Ogol, I have over 10 years of experience as a teacher, tutor, and lecturer of Information Communication Technology, computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, and research methods. During which time, I gained a lot on how to handle different levels of students in terms of their capacities to learn, that is, I am adept in handling both slow learners, moderate learners, and fast learners in the same class. Further, I am always available for students whenever they need my support to help them understand concepts better outside normal class sessions. I believe no student is weak and each and every student must be given time and handled depending on their strengths and weaknesses.

My teaching approaches and methods are students centered, and always aim to facilitate the learners to gain more by actively participating and finding solutions as I monitor them. Lastly, I place assessing students in every bit of classwork as a critical component of gauging the level of understanding for learners. So after every topic, I do give formative assignments to students.
