Hello

I am Malini Jain. I’m a practising lawyer in India handling matters pertaining to Company Law, Property Law, Law of Contract, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code mainly in various High Courts and tribunals in the country.

I have previously worked as a Law Research Associate with Justice Deepa Sharma, High Court of Delhi (2017-18) and National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai (2020-2021).

I have been giving guest lectures to universities like Rajasthan Law of School for Women etc. I have judged various moot courts, legal competitions etc also.

My teaching is very practical involving daily life examples, interactive and daily assignment based. I also teach holistically and builds character of students.
