Teaching is a noble role as a teacher one can create someone's future fruitfully. Teachers can act as many roles in their lives such as a friend, mother sister or brother etc. so the first thing is we should understand them their attitudes correctly then separately we can reach them using the different teaching style. To become a good teacher we should be practice and also update always. Then she or he can manage their team appropriately. when we are doing teaching via online mode we have to do it effectively otherwise it won't be advisable work. so due to the prevailing situation most probably have to select the online platform for education. while doing online lecturing we should process work without monotonous, on time according to the timetable. On the other hand on and off we have to check their situation because in here they can fraud us. overall I want to say is if we do something better results also will be fine. A good teacher can change the mindset and bad attitudes of the children with some fruitful work.
