Learning must always be made easy. As a teacher, I always look for ways how to make complex things simple. I teach explicitly(I do, You do, we do). If there is something impossible for students to achieve, I evaluate the situation closely and think of some possible innovations. I believe every student will have the chance to learn things in the process, be it gradual or fast. Understanding my students' situations and caring for their learning development helps me to always see the situation optimistically. Having one big step forward in all opportunities given, I want to hold their hands and tell them that I am willing to help. I let them see and understand that there is always a simplified formula for all those learning endeavors. They just have to take chance, believe that there is always a way, and trust in the process of learning.

    I was assigned to teach Basic Communication subjects among first-year BSE, BEEd students, and Engineering students. I also taught Research subjects to BSBA students and BSE Science majors. Then, I was also given a chance to teach major subjects to BSE English majors.
  • Master Teacher I (Jun, 2009–Present) at deped san jose del monte bulacan
    I am currently an English teacher to Grade 9 and 10 students. In the previous years, I taught technical writing among our Special Program in Journalism students. I was given the chance also to teach theater arts among our Special Program in the Arts students. Apart from teaching experience, I was given opportunity to become a curriculum writer, resource speaker, coach in speeches and Feature writing.
