Namaste strangers!

I am Ilaria, but you can call me Lilly. I am 28 years old, born and raised in Italy, but grew up across the world.

Yoga is my passion, and it started four years ago, in Paris. I was working for a bank at the time, I was stressed and I was lacking control over my life. Yoga came to me and it never left :)

I have been practicing since 2018, and I completed my Yoga Teacher Certification in 2021. Since then, I've been teaching online multiple yoga and meditation styles, from beginner to intermediate level. I love teaching to students of all ages and backgrounds: yoga is not a sport, and it's not a religion. It's a lifestyle that we can all embrace because it's simple, good and deep.

I love to understand the deeper needs of my students before creating the right yoga or meditation plan for them: you might need to release your stress levels or tone your body... Every student is different and needs attention.

I also love to combine practice and theory to pass the knowledge of yoga to my students, so that they can learn and grow along the way.

I can teach in English, Italian or French :)
