Creating a positive classroom atmosphere and having ability to manage well are the most important rules for me as a tutor. I try to use many approaches and methods for teaching, including task-based, communicative and direct methods. Most of my students appreciate me for being supportive and confident. The main option is that I easily get along with like my students and love them by heart. I listen to them and respect their ideas and opinions, even if I don't agree with them I can give a good formative feedback
