With over 24 years of experience in teaching IB Business Management and other international curriculums such as EDEXCEL A' Level, Cambridge IGCSE, O'Level, and A'Level, I have dedicated my career to fostering academic excellence and guiding students to their fullest potential. My extensive experience includes examining IB Business Management HL IA and Paper 1 and coordinating the Extended Essay program, where I've supported students in achieving remarkable success.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of guiding students to achieve global recognition, including four EDEXCEL A'Level Business World-Toppers, five Cambridge O'Level World-Toppers, and two Cambridge IGCSE-Toppers. Additionally, I have mentored over 400 students in crafting Extended Essays that have garnered high grades, with more than 90% of my students achieving A* in CIE and Grade Point 7 in the IBDP Business Management.

My teaching approach is centered on understanding and adapting to the diverse learning needs of my students, including those with learning difficulties. I am committed to developing and implementing a curriculum that not only covers the required syllabus but also accommodates various learning styles to maximize understanding and retention. My goal is to create a learning environment that is both engaging and effective, using interactive discussions and practical applications to ensure students can apply theoretical concepts in real-world scenarios.

As an educator, I believe in the power of facilitation and coaching to inspire students to achieve excellence. My experience has taught me the importance of nurturing a supportive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and motivated. Beyond academic teaching, I have contributed to the broader educational community by organizing teacher orientation workshops, educational tours, and exhibitions, aiming to enhance the overall educational experience.
