I am a certified Yoga Instructor with experience in guiding people with mental health/medical issues and helping them achieve great health. I am available for offline classes in Bangalore and online classes all over the world. I have done my bachelors degree in yoga which has helped me understand the intricacies of the subject and the benefits in a very detailed manner. I have helped people with PCOD, anxiety, depression and post-surgery patients and have helped them get back to normal life through yoga, pranayama, meditation and lifestyle changes
