My principle in teaching is to motivate the students to love learning, make them enjoy and learn each lesson discussed. I am most fulfilled if students gained confidence in expressing themselves, improve their study habits and conscientious for excellent academic performance. I integrate games in my lessons to make discussions lively. I always employ group works to make introvert students adapt the active skills of others. I give more attentions to slow learners. I give points to students who do peer teachings. I always encourage a healthy relationship within my students. My students are always excited to attend my class, and so i believe i am doing good as a teacher.
