I'm a student from APS BKP currently teaching my students so that they can be efficient in every field.
Normally I use English for communication but if you ask me to make you understand in Hindi or Bengali then also I'll surely do that.
For students who belong to Hindi Medium the communication would be in Hindi & students from Bengali medium would be Bengali.
Usually I'll not provide you with a lot of homework because that would be an unnecessary workload for the student. It's rather better to take small tests everyday or once in a week as per the student's requirement. In case if you need any idea regarding projects by the school, I may help you in several ways.
The most important thing is that you can be free to have a conversation with me & ask your queries regarding anything, I'll not burden you. Also a counselling session would be held whenever required.
