I am experienced yoga teacher and nutritionist with more than 6 yrs experience in teaching yoga. I use mine in depth knowledge&understanding of yoga in the field of yoga practice. Yoga helps in weight loss and hormonal imbalance. I aim at helping you lead a healthy lifestyle with proper guidance on better food & lifestyle. I teach special classes for stress management and focus on overall wellness. I have a different approach for various types of students. I believe that every individual is different and so I plan structured workout according to their fitness goals.
