Teaching is not just explaining and assigning home work, it should be like discussion and exchanging information between a student and a teacher. The teacher should help the student when he is in need. Even in online or offline I will teach in this manner. Now a days in the current pandemic situation, online classes plays a major role in saying and explaining the subjects. Being a subject matter expert, my job is to make the student understand the concept thorough and implement it in the examination. Then only I'm feel comfortable. Thanks
