According to me a student likes a teacher not only by the content she is teaching but also by her unique teaching style. And my teaching pattern is very easy and interesting. I try that students should not feel learning as a burden. So I design my lesson plans according to the requirements of the student. I make my student very comfortable with the subject I am teaching so that he/she is able to speak his/her doubts without any hesitation. For any subject I always try make the base of my student very strong, the concepts should be clear and then I ensure lot of practice is done. I don't encourage rote learning. Rather I focus on developing the student's abilities and skills to understand the topic so that he can frame the answers on his own. Sometimes there are topics which the students don't understand easily, I never get irritated in explaining as many times as the students want. I teach with a lot of patience and enthusiasm.
