Ghan Shyam Joshi, also known as Mr. GD Joshi, is a highly esteemed mathematics teacher trainer, researcher, and facilitator based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Possessing an M.Phil. from Kathmandu University and a Master's degree from Tribhuvan University, Mr. Joshi is acclaimed for his unique and effective teaching techniques. With 17 years of formal teaching experience, he specializes in various mathematics subjects, including Cambridge AS & A Level Pure Math and Statistics, the CBSE Math Curriculum of India, and the national math curriculum of SEE (Grade 10) & NEB (Grades 11 & 12).

Currently, Mr. Joshi serves as a consultant teacher trainer, mathematics subject expert, and college lecturer at reputable institutions in Nepal. Actively engaged in writing and publishing mathematics textbooks and reference materials, his M.Phil. research, titled "ICT Integrated Pedagogy in Mathematics for Higher Level Mathematics," marked one of the first experimental action research initiatives in higher education in Nepal.
