As a teacher, it can be so much fun just to know that their are different methods and style of teaching.
I love to use concrete and semi concrete objects when teaching, also games. This allows me to to help children to grasp concepts and knowledge of what is being taught. However, a lot of things vary when teaching as I will have to take into consideration the child's learning style as some children are auditory learner visual learner or tactile and hands on. My metrology normally gives me at least 90 percent passes, however this depends on children's attendance. Using technology and everyday situations, students are more able to relate. I do believe that flexible methodology or strategy can be effective ways for children to learn as their learning styles are met.
When I am teaching, children's age and stage of development is on the forefront. I also think teaching and learning should be fun
What makes me a great teacher, is that my students needs are always first.

    Prepare them for the transition period to primary education as I am now teaching 5 and 6 year olds.
