I am currently taking a Master of Arts in Education major in English with 3 years of teaching and other relevant experienced. Teaching is among the most challenging jobs today and it requires a lot of patience and self-control. However, there are many effective ways to become a skillful teacher. I help the student by getting feedback from my students on how I can improve my teaching technique in order to get them talking about what they learned from the class. Evaluate my ability of content and pedagogical skills by interviewing other teachers who are highly skilled in their area of teaching. Dedicate time for reflection. Many people tend to rush their daily activities and very rarely take time out to contemplate on what they have done and to get feedback from them. I always find ways of getting involved in workshops, seminars, and conferences where I can interact with my colleagues so that I can expand my world of knowledge. Participate in the annual conference of the institute, so that I can present my work and get valuable feedback. I've always researched how others are doing the job they have been assigned.

Experience
Junior High School English and Science Teacher (Aug, 2021–Present) at St. Michael High School
An English teacher is an instructor of English language, literature, and culture. Skilled in teaching language structures, strategies for understanding literature, awareness of new technologies connected with the teaching field, and motivation.
Creating lesson plans that focus on specific reading skills or literary analysis skills that are suited for different age groups. I am be able to identify learning objectives that meet the diverse needs of learners in their classroom setting. An effective English teacher will also have an understanding of how to use the feedback they receive from students to improve future teaching practices.
An English teacher teaches children, typically in elementary school, how to read, write, speak and understand the language of that language. They must do this by being creative and innovative in the classroom environment to ensure the best learning experience for the students. English teachers are usually responsible for maintaining discipline with their students while still fostering a positive learning environment.
A science teacher is a general type of educator who teaches science, biology, mathematics, physics etc. to children in school. It is required to not only teach content but also make sure that the students understand scientific methods and take part in experiments themselves.
An essential aspect of this role is using inquiry-based pedagogy whereby students are encouraged to ask questions and explore their own thoughts alongside the teacher's teachings. The goal is for the classroom to be an environment where students feel entitled to explore ideas and form their own beliefs about science topics.
More broadly, I may be asked to educate children on how technology impacts society or how they should behave when conducting scientific experiments.
