My teaching style is learner centered with alot of involving the students in discussion. I also use question and answer technique where I give student questions and give feedback followed by corrections. I also carry out evaluation on giving the student an exam or a continuous assessment test to check on how much the learner retained the content, once I mark the test I make sure I revise with the student the difficult questions. I always look forward on adding value to the progress of the learner all round. I also offer psychological counseling to the learner in case I realise the learner has challenges in some areas. In case the learner has major problems I refer him/ her to another counselor. I also involve the parent/ guardian in case the problem needs to be handled by a close relative.
