Hi,
I am Dr. Swati Raj having 3 years as JRF + 12 years of teaching experience in a reputed Institute... Before I start teaching I prefer to know the weak and strong part of the student and accordingly I deal with the kids.... I find more interest in teaching those kids who are weak or don't like maths at all as I took it as a challenge and help them to over come their maths phobia. I give individual attention and give assignment so to understand the concepts.. If students follow my instructions and does my assignment then I can guarantee 80% or above marks.. Being a teacher I create such an atmosphere that student don't need to hesitate before asking any kind of doubt.... I always relate the subject with practical scenario so to develop there thinking and understanding ability.
