As a teacher, i can employ varied teaching styles depending on the level of my students. Teacher pupil lecture is one of the styles, and pupil -pupil lecture ensures students have understood the learnt concept.Engaging students in group discussions assist in sharing ideas and understanding. I also use the rewarding system to boost students' morale in class. Modern teaching requires the use of videos,podcasts,charts and diagrams,posters also aid in driving the subject matter directly into students' minds. During my years of teaching,i produced good results. I raised the schools' flag by greatly contributing to high pass rate which saw the school being given a merit award by the permanent secretary of education. My strength as a teacher are ; am self desciplined,motivated,hardworking, and passionate about teaching students. Moreso, am very sympathetic about students' learner needs and hence i can accomodate all levels of learners for example, slow, the averaged and gifted in a way which is accomodative to their success . Teaching needs patience and as a teacher i act responsibily and be encouring to my students

    Languages Teacher/building studies ; I was offering the following subjects, english, shona, geography and building as a practical subject. My job was to teach and give students work, assignments and tests,monitoring their success and failures and guide them through their learning process. I also educated my studentson how they should socialise with the community they live in, behaviour and character. I also documented progress and giving advise on how to succeed. As a teacher i had to research and develop new teaching materials and marking students' work. I had to set students ' exams and invigilate them. Crowning it all, i had to give feedback to the head of department and to students' parents the way forward.
