MY STUDENTS DESERVE NOTHING BUT THE BEST. Therefore, I am always WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE for them. I do not believe in simply covering the relevant subject content for the day and clocking off five minutes before the session is due to end. My objective is to foster a GENUINE INTEREST in the subject amongst my students because when they love what they do, they too will be willing to go the extra mile.
Economics is a PRACTICAL subject and therefore, parroting everything in the textbook will be of no use for the exam or life after school. My job is to help students UNDERSTAND THE BASICS THOROUGHLY and then APPLY THAT KNOWLEDGE logically to SOLVE THE GIVEN PROBLEMS.
Having learned and taught economics, I can vouch that both forms are very enjoyable as the subject keeps its learners on their toes. I believe in keeping students ENGAGED THROUGHOUT THE LESSON by creating an environment where they FEEL COMFORTABLE RAISING ANY RELATED QUESTIONS/CONCERNS while enjoying the freedom of being able to EXPRESS THEIR IDEAS AND OPINIONS on the subject matter.
