My Principe is to put the lesson as interesting and enjoyable moment by including play some games or quizzes. Besides that, I don't want to create a tense or boring situation for students. I wanted my students to feel comfortable in the class. My tutoring techniques very easy, I will try to teach students with simplified way, make them understand and also align and keep on this word "Keep ask the question if you do not understand". What I can say here is that I believe that students should practice study smart rather than study hard. And do a mistake or did not score 100% in exam fine since for us to be the better person, we are going to learn from a mistake and the most important thing that we do not repeat the same mistake for the second time.

In addition, I would love to make student feel that they are learning or doing student group with peer instead of treating me as teacher. This is where good rapport between student and tutor are strongly build.

By getting feedback from student and parent after the class, I believe will help to improve myself as tutor and at the same time will help student as well.

Last but not least, student or so call my younger brother or sister understanding are super important for me. Once they manage to understand what I being teaching and share to them, it will make increase the level of my satisfaction.
