My teaching philosophy is “Every child can realize their full potential when provided a conducive, caring learning environment. I believe every child can learn
I have vast experience teaching English and Literature. My lessons are vibrant, lively, and interactive. My lessons are differentiated and guided by students' abilities. I have taught CAIE- IGCSE and A level/ Pearson IGCSE and Checkpoint (year 9). I have facilitated students to realize their best potential, ascending several grades above the grade at which we start our interaction. Over the years I have attained a 100% pass rate, with the current t being English IGCSE A-A* 100%, Literature IGCSE B-A* 100%
I also train and guide students for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) proficiency test.
As a PSHE teacher and Career Advisor, I have a listening ear to all my students.
I am intrigued by learners who think out of the box and as such encourage my students to fully express themselves, Student voice and safeguarding are close to my heart. My student’s progress -no matter how slight, is my greatest reward and satisfaction.
