I am a passionate, receptive and energetic teacher, I can tailor the practices to your intentions, goals and needs. All my classes are anatomy-informed, trauma-aware, inclusive, and accessible. I enjoy teaching restful, playful flows to cultivate bodily-awareness and self-compassion, alongside anatomy focussed sequences to work with flexibility, mobility, strength, or balance. I teach vinyasa flow, blended with Yin and Restorative postures. I am a qualified mindfulness-meditation practitioner, and this is an important part of my teaching; I leave space for contemplation and rest. I encourage students to check in with their internal worlds - how their bodies and minds are arriving at the practice - and move with whatever is present. I prioritise the agency of my students in choosing an intention, or an experience they would like to cultivate. Yoga, for me, is a practice of coming into deeper relationship with self, our environment, and community.
