A dyanamic training professional with an overall experience of 12 years in conducting Soft Skills Training. Extremely focused and dedicated in conducting sessions which stimulates people skills, empowers personal growth and practical learning opportunities.
As a facilitative trainer I am versatile and ever evolving; learning and incorporating the latest training methodologies to enable maximum take-away for my trainees. I believe that adults have different learning needs and styles. My philosophy is centered on two questions.... how can I improve things around me and how and I assist people in becoming more self sufficient.
