I like using learner centered approach to teach. Always available to answer questions asked during learning and I give room for discovery. Use of familiar situations in explaining new concepts for easy comprehension. Consistently testing what we have learnt to know the level of objective achieved.i also take time to understand individual learner's strength and weaknesses. Every learner is unique in understanding and comprehending. Repetition and revision of the content learnt helps in retention so I use them very much. Always give learners opportunity to explore and explain what the understand.
