Hello! my name is Sermet! I am from Cyprus. I have studied at one of the best colleges in Cyprus called `Maarif College`. Since my childhood, my interest in science later became a career for me. Developing myself in science and learning new information has always been my passion. I was always fascinated about Biology, Chemistry and physics. This is why I carried out my higher education on Molecular Genetics in University of Manchester in United Kingdom. In the following years, I received a lot of teaching trainings to transfer my knowledge and improve myself as a Science teacher.

I've always been a very social and communicative person. I love meeting new people and learning new cultures so I try to travel as much as I can. My students generally describe me as a fun teacher and say that they find my lessons very enjoyable :). Other subjects I am interested in are healthy life style, human psychology, nature and sports.

After graduating from University of Manchester in United kingdom, I completed my pedagogical training certificate at teacher academy. During my career I attended to different workshops and educations for (online) teaching. I started my teaching carrier in one of the most prestige's colleges in Cyprus called `Kyrenia American College`. Then I continued my career in another very successful school called Necat British College in Cyprus. Now I am a Biology teacher at the 'Maarif College' that I once went to as a high school student. I have had many opportunities to improve myself thanks to three different schools and hundreds of students where I have worked so far. Beside being a school teacher, I am also tutoring for more than 5 years. I am an experienced teacher specialized in Key-stage 3 Science, IGCSE, AS and A Level Biology.

    €20–30/hour (US$21.28–31.91/hour)

    For middle school and IGCSE levels the fee is 20 euros.
    For AS and A LEVEL the fee is 30 euros.
