I have been a teacher, editor and a writer for a large part of my life.
Teaching English to recalcitrant students and helping them develop a love for the subject has been my forte.
Being passionate about writing, and being a published author myself, I have managed to help students improve their writing skills substantially by giving them feedback that helps them see the lacunae in their writing and pick up all the necessary skills for improvement.
I have been an IB examiner for some years and this gives me an inside view of what is required by the board and what the examiner is looking for in your responses.
I have an extensive knowledge of drama, having both acted and directed plays over many years.
I have taught creative writing workshops and enjoy helping people develop their writing voices.
