I believe in learning, rather than just cramming and passing exams. My teaching methods mostly involve analytical assessment of the student and my main focus is to encourage proactive learning. I'm patient and very encouraging of the students progress, regardless of the speed.
I have had a few ups and down with my teaching career. More than once, I have had students gave remarkable performance from their previously below-average performance. I taught them to question, reason and learn things instead of mugging the formulae and facts. I encouraged them to tackle their fears of numbers and language barriers. However, I have had some gloomy days too, especially when I am handling a student who wants everything spoon-fed. No matter how hard you try to make them understand or enhance their performance, their lazy attitude piles up more teaching challenges. Regardless, I have never given up on any of my students. I have had my fair share of exceptional teachers during my student years. I hope to become someone's "exceptional" teacher because a teacher is the only person who is more proud when you succeed more than them.

    The fee depends on the Grade level and on how challenging the student is. Also, it depends on the distance, too. If the commute is longer, then the fee may vary accordingly.
