A teaching style focused on exams and marks may stop the imagination and creativity of students however, education system rooted in Indian ethos may promote these.

I have completed courses in basic biology, basic and advanced molecular biology, basic and advanced plant biotechnology, genetic and plant breeding and have more than 15 years of experience in research in field and laboratories. Though I am not a regular teaching staff, I like teaching and my student friends in research communicate with me frequently to clear their doubts. I am confident that I can teach students from basic to advanced courses in biology, molecular biology, genetics and plant breeding.

To make learning more innovative and engaging, I give emphasis on flipped classroom and take help of short videos on relevant topic. Also, to make the teaching more inclusive, I like provide opportunities to the students to express their imagination and creativity to encourage innovation and support the potential ones.

I will also be happy to teach student friends on preparation of research projects to avail research fellowship in India and abroad, to get research grants from funding agencies.
