Being a Teacher I have always wanted my students to understand each and everything beyond a level. So they can be more creating and conceptual. I never prefer Cramming as this can cause students never to think beyond box. I always try my best to give everyday examples relted to the topic to make students clear what they are actually learning about. I'm always honest towards my students so they can achieve their goals. Furthermore I always want my students to be bright among all as being a teacher it is also good for me too. Once I start teaching I make sure student understands everything and by giving them some simple tests amd quizzes so they can be more active during class. Except that I try to play some games or puzzles related to topic for a fun learning and to create student's interest towards studies. My main goal is to make student learn everything in a good manner.
