The most important technique that i use in teaching is to reach the student's understang level and start from there. To have good results, i always follow the pattern paper of exam that student has to attempt. It does not pressurize the student's mind and makes the study very easy and simple. I always follow the conceptual study method using power point or microsoft word to elaborate, describe and explain the biological diagrams, processes and flow charts etc. I have teaching tolerence in which student can frankly come to ask about topics and questions again and again to clear the concept. I use lecture, demonstration and memorization method. I can record the results in excel too.
