I use different pedagogies in teaching to enable my students understand the lesson. One method may not help all students since we all have different intelligent quotient. I love to use peer teaching in my lessons which mostly yield in excellent results. I'm passionate about what I teach and do and therefore will go extra mile when the understanding of a topic is not clear. I have a good interpersonal relationship with my students.This makes them to easily approach me when the need arises or they don't understand anything or what they have learnt . What makes me a great teacher is seeing my students understanding what is being taught, writing and passing the exams with good grades. All this can happen if is practiced daily.Mathematics work needs constant practice if not all methods and procedures learnt will be forgotten.
