I have been teaching for the past six years now and it was a challenging process, since I have worked with students from different backgrounds, each having a distinct personality and level of understanding. However, I always made sure I taught them in the best possible way and at the same time, inculcating in them a sound mentality, that of positivity, in order to aim and achieve higher. I never had issues with my students because I ensure a good and conducive learning atmosphere and due to that, my students performed really well in their exams. Some of them still contact me today even though they have left school two or three years back. This shows the trust and good relationship that I build with my students, something that does not shy them away from learning, but instead motivates them to progress. I always encourage my students to ask questions and debate and I am always open to listen to them. I do my utmost to accompany them however I can in their studies and at some point, I even gave free additional classes after school, which was a great boost for them.
