I have been a yoga teacher, practitioner for over 8 years. I am learning yoga therapy.
I am a certified vinyasa yoga teacher. My area of teaching is Vinayasa and iyengar yoga.
I am a consistent practitioner and so are my students.
My focus on wellbeing and consistent practise has transformed my life.
I have taught yoga for 7 years in Thailand, online yoga sessions US- Chicago, Seattle a few other places and now physical yoga sessions in Dubai. Students demographic ranges from 20years to 55 years.

Yoga is a discipline and a lifestyle.
